Contributions to the Web Site

Security and Storage

Only your order data billing and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

Refund Policy
All our sales are final and no refunds will be provided. This also applies to campaigns ordered on the website without returning a service agreement. The only exception is for the digital (downloadable) products sold on our products page: www.amworldgroup.com/products. These digital products includes a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. For the refund to be provided you need to contact us prior to 30 days from when you initially purchased the product. No refunds will be provided beyond the 30 day period.

Recurring Subscription Payments
Standard and Basic service run on a month-to-month recurring basis. No cancellations can be made after ordering on the website or in the middle of a campaign period.

Returned Check Policy
All returned checks will incur a minimum of $25.00 in Returned Check Charges. A returned check will automatically result in a hold on the account affected. We reserves the right to not only require that all past due balances be paid in full as described above, but to also require advance payment of future fees (specified in the service agreement), in guaranteed funds, in order to be remove the hold and start the project. If the bank is at fault, a letter must be submitted as follows: The letter must be on original bank letterhead paper, signed/stamped and include the banker's contact details. The letter must state that the BANK made an error that caused the check to be returned. Upon receipt of a bank letter, we will waive the $25.00 fee.
